WELCOME!  My name is Tammy Wheatley and I teach 4th grade math and science.  I am beginning my 28th year of teaching at Columbus Elementary School.  I live in Columbus and was born and raised in Weimar, Texas.  After graduating from Weimar High School, I attended Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in education, in 1991.  I have been teaching 4th grade here at CES since graduating.  I am married to my husband, Wade Wheatley, for 26 years.  We have 2 children, a daughter and a son.  I am looking forward to the start of a new school year and meeting all of my 4th graders!
