About Mrs. Janak...

I attended Columbus schools, and I am a graduate of Columbus High School. I attended Blinn College and then transferred to Texas A&M, where I earned my bachelor's degree in finance. I received my teaching certification through the U of H graduate program, and this past May, I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a master's degree in library science.

This is my second year at CES working in technology and my 20th year in education. I have taught at both the junior high and high school campuses in the English and CTE departments. I am excited to be teaching technology classes at CES this year, and I look forward to helping students reach their full potential as they learn how to use technology for future success in college or the workforce. I also work as part of the CISD technology team as the instructional technologist on the elementary campus.
